The digital transformation of education continues. Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (TNPU) is stepping confidently into this new stage. Associate Professors Olha Dovbush and Tetiana Harasym from the Department of English Philology and Methods of Teaching English have launched the pilot implementation of an exciting new course ‘Digital Applications in Teaching Language and Literature’.

The course is designed to equip future foreign language and literature teachers with essential digital skills and prepare them for the realities of modern classrooms. TNPU Master’s students are among the first to test innovative tools and platforms that will empower them to:
- transform traditional lessons into engaging, interactive learning experiences;
- integrate digital storytelling, collaborative platforms, and multimedia resources into their teaching practice;
- combine time-tested teaching methods with cutting-edge technologies.

The pilot stage is more than just a test run, it’s a crucial step in shaping a curriculum that responds to the new realities of education and supports the development of highly skilled, digitally competent teachers.
This course marks the beginning of an exciting experience toward building a dynamic and future-ready educational environment, and DigiFLEd participants are delighted to share our discoveries, experiences, and results with the broader teaching community.
